I don’t understand how, in regards to making hershey kiss cookies, if you put the hershey kisses on the cookie after they’re done, they melt into pools. But if you put them on halfway and then back in the oven, they stay whole. WHY DON’T THEY MELT IN THE OVEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND.
